Nepal registered a three-wicket victory over ELF Dilip Venserkar Academy in a T20 match on Friday on their Mumbai tour.
Nepali team is in Mumbai in order to practice for the upcoming ICC World T20 World Cup Qualifiers to be held in the UAE on March.
Winning the toss ELF Dilip Venserkar Academy elected to bat first and scored 154 runs for the loss of six wickets. Amrit Bhattarai and Basanta Regmi grabbed two wickets each while Krishna Karki and Mhboob Alam shared a wicket each. Nikhil Khare scored 43 runs while Sarfaraz Khan scored 40 runs for the home team.
Nepali team successfully chased the target in 20 overs losing seven wickets. Mehboob Alam was not out on 58 runs off 27 balls with five sixes and three boundaries. Gyanendra Malla scored 21 runs off 23 balls.
