International Cricket Council (ICC) appointed Malaysia as hosts of the upcoming Pepsi ICC World Cricket League Division 4.
The ICC Development Committee meeting held in Bangkok, Thailand on Monday and Tuesday took the decision.
Likewise, the meeting appointed Bermuda, subject to agreeing to budget proposals, as hosts of Pepsi ICC World Cricket League Division 3.
Earlier, ICC had ruled out the United States of America from hosting WCL Division 4 as the USA failed to meet ICC’s criteria.
Nepal has reached the Division 4 in the Pepsi ICC World Cricket League and Nepal will compete against Tanzania, Denmark, Singapore, Malaysia and the USA in the tournament.
Singapore and Malaysia are the two newly promoted teams from the Division 5.
Top two teams of the Division 4 will qualify to the Division 3.
