Nepal U19 record victory

Nepal U19, preparing for the ICC U19 Youth World Cup, registered a 255-run victory over Kormilda College in a practice match in Darwin, Australia.

Nepal scored 358/8 in 50 overs and bowled out Kormilda for 103.

Opener Subash Khakurel scored 78; Hashim Ansari made 69 and Rajesh Pulami 63. Skipper Prithu Baskota also contributed 48.

Nepal will next play Northern Territory (NT) Strike Team in their third practice match on Friday before leaving for Brisbane, according to team manager Kiran Rana.

Nepal had lost their first practice match against NT Strike Team by 98 runs.

Nepal will play Ireland along with Test giants England and defending champions Australia in the World Cup which begins on August 11.
